Growing Local offer a range of educational workshops to primary and secondary schools and community groups. They aim to enthuse children about the benefits and pleasures of growing, cooking and eating fresh, seasonal and local fruit and vegetables, helping to transform a child’s engagement, relationship and understanding of where food comes from. Our workshops follow curriculum requirements and fit perfectly with the Healthy Schools programme.
